Monthly Retainer for Marketing Photography in Tampa

PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Florida Aquarium is one of Tampa's biggest tourist attractions, loved by locals and visitors alike. They get plenty of random guest snapshots. But they needed high quality, intentional marketing images from someone who could handle brutal lighting: dark exhibits, bright outdoor spaces, underwater viewing.
I provided a monthly retainer covering animal photography, exhibit spaces, staff, volunteers, guests, special events, and even scientific photography of their coral restoration lab. Commercial work, event coverage, and scientific documentation all in one partnership.

CHALLENGES
A busy aquarium full of wild animals in complicated lighting. A marketing department with a broad list of photo needs that changed monthly. One or two visits would not work. Animals are unpredictable. A photographer wandering around every day could disrupt guests.
The solution: a recurring monthly content agreement. I visited once or twice a week, adapting to changing priorities, animal behavior, and guest traffic.

PROJECT RESULTS
The Aquarium needed beautiful photos for their website, digital and print marketing, and industry award applications.
Now they have a fully updated website, fresh signage and digital ads, and a massive bank of images for promotional and educational use.
